1- Any cancellation request must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Charges apply for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.

2- Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activities are entitled to receive a full refund of the total paid, minus a 7% of administrative costs.

3- Cancellations requested between 48 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activities are entitled to receive a 50% refund of the total paid, minus a 7% of administrative costs.

4- Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activities may be entitled to a 25% in some cases.

5- No shows are not entitled for a refund.

6- Refunds will be made only through the same payment method used for the purchase.

2- Accepted Currencies. Our Price list is made in US Dollars. Services may only be paid in US Dollars.
